He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hawk and Marianne Hawk; his sister Mary Margaret Hawk; and his granddaughter Isabel Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jerod Oliver, Issac Hawk (Brittany), Tyler Hawk (Myscell) and Victoria Hawk (Kyla); and his grandchildren, Elaina, Bryson, Alan, William, Bella and Landon. He is also survived by 13 brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
