He is survived by: his wife Beverly Payne (Hogue); his sons, Jarrod Payne (Sara Payne) of Isabelle, SD, Terry Payne (Melinda) of Etna, OH and Bryan Payne of Mount Vernon, OH; his stepchildren, Gabe Minnick, Grayson Minnick (Tiarra) and Hunter Minnick; his grandchildren, Cassandra Schrecengost (Gary) of Grove City, OH, Linzey Sherburne (Carter) of Heath, OH, Megan Payne of Mount Vernon, OH and Ethan Payne of Mount Vernon, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Ada Minnick and Macson Minnick; his great grandchildren, Rayce and Ryder Schrecengost; and his siblings, Sue Ellen Hogue (Dick) of Croton, OH and Ted Payne (Judy) of Centerburg, OH.
