With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Fredric F. Evans of Johnstown, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Evans; his parents, Graydon (Pauline Evans) and Martha (Carl Radford); his parents-in-law, Pauline and Lawrence McKelvey; his siblings-in-law, Patti, Bob Poland, Barb and Bob Bennett; and his grandchildren, Jacki, Anita, Sherri, Cinnamon Evans and Clinton Andrix.

He is survived by: his children, Mindy Evans (Dave Grundy) of Lakewood Ranch, FL., Larry Evans (Joyce) of Johnstown, OH., Lorrie Donaldson (Steve) of Johnstown, OH. and Michele Carson (Craig) of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Krista Andrix (Shannon Barnett), Brandi Queener (James), Michael Evans, Angelique' Bradley (Chris), Jarren Donaldson, Amie Donaldson (Harry Mirando) and Cara Barber (Jason); his great grandchildren, Calla Tassinari (Owen), Gianna Tassinari, Graydon Evans (Madison), Levi Evans (Deana), Matt Evans (Karlie), Joe Evans (Kendra), Izaac Donaldson, Eli Donaldson, Taylor Mirando (Ty), Kylie Mirando, Olivia Mirando and Rylan Barber; his great great grandchildren, Lilyana Evans, Carter Evans and Dillon Kegler; his niece Tiffany McFarland (Nick); and his nephew Adam Poland. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Bella Care Hospice of Columbus, Ohio in Fred's memory.
