She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton McElwee and Lillian McElwee (Kahler); her husband Forrest Inskeep; her children, Christine Clark, Dorothea Wittman and Steven Inskeep; her sisters, Jovonne Garrison, Stella Elford and Edna Butt; and her great grandchild Ashley Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Inskeep (Martha) of Humble, TX. and Mary Bell (Kevin) of Delaware; her stepdaughter Sandra Schumacher of Boca Raton, FL; and her daughter-in-law LouAnne Inskeep of Sunbury. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Johnstown United Methodist Church (159 S Main St, Johnstown, OH 43031). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the same location.
