He is survived by: his wife Blanche Norris (Young); his son James W. Norris III (Jennifer); his siblings, Roy L. Norris (Joyce), Beverly Richardson and Gerald F. Norris, Sr. (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Katelyn Norris, Sarah Norris, Emilee Norris and Charli Norris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
