She is survived by: her children, Kyle Lightle (Sarah) and Shannon Alvarez (Carlos); and her siblings, Jacqueline Caccimelio, Douglas Tullos (Tara), Jannetta Hatfield (Randy), Robin Lightle (Dennis), Mary Wirth and Christopher Tullos (Angie).
