She is survived by: her mother Diann L. Woosley; her husband Cliff Grubb; her son Hoyt; her siblings, David Woosley (Jesse) and Shannon Leigh Woosley (Jeffrey Alan Whatmough); her nephew Emmett Reed Whatmough; her grandparents, Floy, Janet Rose, Jerri Grubb, Joe and Debbie Sheldon; her parents-in-law, Spencer and Debbie Sheldon; her sister-in-law Rachel Barker (Bryan); her nieces and nephews, Tillie, Luca and Sheldon; and her pet Oakleigh Ann. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, her close cousin.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made directly to Cliff Grubb to assist with future college expenses for their son, Hoyt.
