He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Mullins (Camela); his children, Patrick Mullins (Holly) of Utica, Michael Mullins (Tracy) of Johnstown and Maria Crotty (Michael) of Galena; his grandchildren, Justin, Wade, Annie Mullins, Kyle, Lucas Mullins, Quinn and Grant Crotty; his great grandchildren, Casey and Finnley; his stepgrandchildren, Hanna, June, Nolan and Alice; and his sister Sue Clark of London. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
