She was predeceased by: her parents, Herber C. Knowlton and Helen D. Knowlton (Harmon); her husband Lawrence D. "Don" Fields; and her sister Darlene Knowlton. She is survived by: her brother Neil C. Knowlton of Toronto; and her caregivers, Chris and Tim Weyand of Johnstown Ohio.
