It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara J. James of Johnsville, Ohio, born in Grahn, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 84, on April 20, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bryant and Stella Bryant (Duncan); her husband James L. James; and her siblings, Pauline Nolen, Garnett Stamper and Bill Bryant.

She is survived by: her sons, J. E. James (Jaime) of Johnsville and Jeff James (Joy) of Galion; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jesse, Sarah, Hannah, Hayden James, Devin Walker and Selena Jane James; her great grandchildren, Landon, Skyla and Arlin; and her sister Alberta Callahan (Tommy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Johnsville Fire Department or Pleasant Grove Community Church may be made through the funeral home.
