With sadness, we share the passing of Charles Scott of Johnsville, Ohio. Charles, born on October 23, 1948, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Scott and Ruth Mosher (Peoples); his stepfather Al Mosher; and his brother Raymond Scott. He is survived by: his wife Patty Simmons of Johnsville; his son Brian Scott (Stephanie) of Johnsville; his grandchildren, Mia Brannon (Colton) of Ashland and Lucas Knipp of Ontario; his siblings, Warren Scott (Sharon) of Mt Gilead, Robert Scott of Morrow, Dianne Rogers of Warren and Pat Smith (Terry) of Ontario; Becky Scott of Delaware.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the North Woodbury Alliance Church (6385 OH-314, Mt Gilead, OH 43338). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Shauck Cemetery (7606 US-42, Mansfield, OH 44904).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Chuck's memory may be made to Johnsville Grace Church.
