He is survived by: his wife Diana Surgener; his daughters, Jessica Courtney and Lana Thomas (Daniel); his grandchildren, Emma, Cayden and Raelynn; and his brothers, Richard Surgener (Tracy) and Terry Surgener (Shelly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
