She was predeceased by: her parents, Delos Chamberlin and Velma Chamberlin (Leatherow); her spouse Carmel Smith; and her brothers, Donald and Dalton Chamberlin.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Bridges (James) of Johnsville, Carmel Jr. Smith (Annette) of Johnsville and Jennifer Cobern (Robert) of Galion; her grandchildren, Justin Smith (Ashley), Ashley Bowersmith (David), Halla Smith, Alyssa Fry, Holly Bridges, Jeannette Kvochick (Chuck), Amy Bridges and Thales; her sisters-in-law, Jewel Smith and Dorothy Smith; and her sibling's children, Michael Smith Jr., Rebecca Henderson and Melissa Grimmett. She is also survived by eleven great-grandsons; nine great-granddaughters.
