He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Brooks (Smith); his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Adam Frazier; his grandchildren, Elliot, Mia and Negan; his brother Dean Brooks; his nephews, Andy (Charlotte), Joey (Melissa) and Nick; his great-nephew Clayton (Julie); his great-niece Carrie; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Swackhammer, Gail Swackhammer and Mary Fry; his sister Sarah; and his great-nieces, Ashley and Tia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
