He is survived by: his children, Darrin Elkins of Kalida, Loren Elkins (Amanda Bush) of Shawnee, Erica Tucker (Phillip) of Kalida and Andrea Hammond (Brian) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Ansley Elkins, Camryn Elkins, Taylor Tucker, Brooke Tucker, Gage Hammond, Lucas Hammond and Cullen Hammond; and his siblings, Paul Elkins of Lima, Larry Elkins of Continental, Gary Elkins of Cecil, Ila Combs (Craig) of Continental, Lovella Wehri (Thomas) of Continental, Joyce Cavanaugh (Steve) of Defiance, Shanda Tonjes (Dave) of Defiance and Nancy Schnipke (Greg) of Miller City.
