She was predeceased by: her grandfather Paul Fager. She is survived by: her parents, Aaron and Kelly Siebeneck (Fager); her sister Molly; her grandparents, Sue Ann Fager of Wauseon and Gary Siebeneck (Sharon) of Kalida, Ohio; and her aunts and uncles, Justin Fager (Krista), Lindsay Fager, Brad Siebeneck (Megan) and Sara Siebeneck.

Memorial donations may be made to Sufficient Grace Ministries, 407 South Stearns Avenue, Deshler, Ohio 43516.
