She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Fortman and Margaret Fortman (Ricker); her husband Donald A. "Mike" Schroeder; her son Jeff Schroeder; and her siblings, James Fortman, Richard Fortman, Theodore Fortman, Melvin Fortman (Mary Ann) and Ethel Mae Fortman.
She is survived by: her sons, Dave Schroeder (Rita) of Kalida and Ron Schroeder (Jackie) of Kalida; and her daughter-in-law Diane Schroeder of Kalida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
