Kellogg Warner; his children, Dustin Paul Warner (Kerlin), Valeria (Carlos Molina), Victoria and Seth Lawrence Warner (Kata); his grandchildren, Ariyah, Ana, Glade and Ethyn of Sandusky Ohio; his brothers, Larry and Greg Warner (Denise); his nephew Steve Miller; and his friend David Edward of Florida.
