He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Jim (Diane), Jamie Lea Calder (Chad) and David (Lisa); his grandchildren, Deanna, Olivia (Derek), Hannah, Kelsey, Luke and Alaina; and his sister-in-law Janet McBride.
