She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hausch and Josephine Hausch (Goodall); and her husband John W. "Jack" Hurd. She is survived by: her children, Sally Dean (Bob) of Kent, Julie Schmidt (Eric) of Kent and John W. Hurd Jr. of Stow; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Schmidt (Justin Schaefer), Luke Schmidt (Tess Ottinger), Abby Dean, Ryan Dean, Kyle Schmidt and Dylan Schmidt; her brother Jack Hausch of Akron; her nephew Michael Hausch (Kathy); her niece Cheryl Hopkins; and her in-laws, Herbert Hurd (Lorna), Nancy Doremus (Chuck), Linda Harvey (Larry), Pat Hurd and Chari Hurd.
