She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hayberg and Ruby Hayberg; and her siblings, Lewis Hayberg Jr. and Sandra Kyle. She is survived by: her husband Rickie L. Fox; her children, Tara Black (Ron) and Brian Fox; her grandson Brian Fox Jr.; and her brother David A. Hayberg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
