It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine L. Miles of Kent, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Commodore Perry Stalnaker and Agnes Stalnaker (Jaggie); her former husband Eual Miles; her husband Charles Hudio; her daughter Rita Jane Miles; and her siblings, Joseph, Henry, Francis, Eugene, Michael, Commodore Perry Jr., Mary, Virginia and Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Heiss (Kenneth) and Roger (Linda); her grandchildren, Jason (Karly), Melissa (Michael), Michelle (Matthew) and David (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Jenson, Grant, Michael, Alexandria and Daisy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (628 W Main St, Kent, OH 44240). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Brendan's Cemetery.
