He is survived by: his wife Kaycee; his pets, Riley and Littles; his parents, Mike Hornyak and Jane Hornyak of Kent; his brother Brian Hornyak (Jennifer) of Largo, FL; his nibling Drew; and his friend Bret Roberts. He is also survived by many other cousins and dear friends.
