He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred D. Nichols and Eleanor C. Nichols; and his sister Carol Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Nichols; his sons, Stephen Nichols, Kevin Nichols (Jaime), Jonathan Nichols (Jennifer) and Brian Nichols (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Logan, Annaliese Nichols, Lauren Heth (Evan), Jordyne, Kaitlyn, Brayden, Luke and Abigail Nichols. He is also survived by his wife and children.
