He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wise and Margaret Wise; and his former wife Marsha Wise. He is survived by: his son John D. Wise (Samantha); his grandson Harlow Wise; his siblings, William R. "Bill" Wise (Susan), Susan A. Giles and Marie R. Wise; and his stepdaughters, Shelley Goss (Galen), Laura King (Wayne) and Kristina Wise. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
