She is survived by : her husband Raymond J. Adamek; her sisters, Mary Caryl Perkinson and Jeré Ann Sonderman; and her children, Mary Hermelin (Gary), Anne McKinney (Derrick), Dr. Margaret Adamek (Eddie Johnson), Dr. Peter Adamek (Terri Coyne), Catherine Thier (Ron), Elizabeth Heisey (Kevin), Paul Adamek, Dr. Philip Adamek, Patrick Adamek (Julie), Rachel Scott (Bruce) and John Adamek (Missy Crawford).
