He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Volk and Agnes Volk (Havron). He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Deborah Black (Roger) and Michael Volk (Mona) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Hadley and Satchel; and his great grandchildren, Layla and Hunter.
