He was predeceased by: his father Walter Evans; and his siblings, Ken Evans, Linda Evans and Jane Kober. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Evans of Ravenna, Ohio.; his wife Lori Evans; his son Adam Evans; his grandson Ryder Evans; his stepsons, John Tompkins Jr. (Jodie) and Shaun Tompkins (Missy); his grandchildren, Zarin, Lily, Ari, Julie, Colt, Caileb, Savannah, Bella, Rachael, Christine, Catherine, Aubrey, Madison and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Cyrus, Zarabella, Lilah, Greyson and Annison; his siblings, Diane Lott, Dan Evans (Debbie), Dave Evans (Mandy) and Carol Evans-Ilg (Terry); and his pet Ziggy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
