She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Cain and Roseanne Cain (Smith); her husband Robert E. Kirkland; her son Harry Kirkland; and her siblings, Barbara, Yvonne and Roy.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Kirkland (Sherri Atkinson), Rose Ellen Donovan (Bill) and Jerry Kirkland (Gail); and her daughter-in-law Suzanne Lappin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (628 W Main St, Kent, OH 44240). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
