He is survived by: his wife Charlene Mays Bingham; his daughters, Kimberly Susan Farrell, Karen Mae Mikesell and Katrina Charlene Kitchen; his grandchildren, Zacheriah Joseph Hartley, Dane Lawrence Farrell, Benjamin David Kitchen, Makayla Mae VanVoorhis, Hannah Grace Nink and Arthur James Kitchen; and his great grandchildren, Weston Brooks Hartley, Lukas James VanVoorhis, Declan Arthur Hartley, Lillia Charlene Nink and Thomas James Kitchen.
