He was predeceased by: his father Bryan Radcliffe; his brother Ben Radcliffe; and his stepfather Charles McConnell. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Siebenaler (David Smith) of Kenton, Kyle Siebenaler of Kenton and Cody Radcliffe of Louisville, KY; his granddaughter May Lynn Siebenaler; his brother Blake Radcliffe (Krystal) of Ostrander; and his stepmother Patricia Radcliffe of Hepburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Brent's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
