She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray A. Draper and Catherine F. Draper (Hendricks); her husband Greg Cozad; and her son Raymond Cozad. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Cozad of Kenton, Jamie Harp (Eric) of Kenton and Tim Cozad (Cassie) of Bellefontaine; her grandson Jack J. Cozad; and her siblings, Ray Draper Jr. of Kenton, Kenny Draper (Gina) of Kenton and Cathy "Buttons" Schoenberger (Mike) of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Carol's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.

“To Carols family, My husband Pat-my son PJ and myself (Peanut) Johnson would like to say we are heartfully sorry for your loss. Carol has been afriend of mine for a long time, she never failed to say Hi to me or I to her. She and I took a road trip along time ago, way before she met your Dad and I met my husband. Her absense will be felt , another good soul has gone to soon. But knowing how much she loved Greg I am sure she is with him both no longer in pain or suffering just in LOVE.”
