She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H. Gainey and Lucille Gainey (Jacobs); her husband Joseph M. Leveck; and her daughter Angela Renee Leveck. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Marie Leveck of Kenton and Brandon Leveck of Roundhead; and her brother Paul H. Gainey, Jr. of Colorado. She is also survived by his children; sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
