She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Garvey and Grace Garvey (Ramsey); her husband Gerald Scott; her children, Maria Warmbrod (Rob) of Kenton, Michelle Wiley (Jim) of Richwood and Richard Burroughs of Carey; her brother Frederick Garvey of Georgia; and her son Bruce Burroughs.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Burroughs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Connie's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
