He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Erwin and Eileen Erwin (Adkins); his wife Jo Ann Erwin (Born); and his sister Kay Stauffer. He is survived by: his children, Paul Erwin (Debbie) of Cadiz, OH, Eric Erwin (Jada) of Kenton, OH and Heather Erwin of Kenton, OH.; his grandchildren, Kelsey Holly (Jensen), Kylie Manns (Elijah), Gregory and John Erwin; and his great grandchild Jonah Holly. He is also survived by the grandpa taxi for his granddaughters and adopted grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Warriors for Dogs of Hardin County or Love INC of Hardin County.
