He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy M. Keith and Ruby J. Keith (Belcher); his son David Leon Keith Jr.; and his siblings, Daniel Lee Keith and Deanna Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tackett Keith; his grandchildren, Devin Keith (Dreiven) and Robbie Keith (Jenn); his great grandchildren, River, Axel, Kaden and Ryleigh Keith; and his brothers, Dale Keith and Dennis Keith (Joyce). He is also survived by ten in-laws; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
