She was predeceased by: her parents, James Taylor and Florence Taylor Sr. (Wrightsel); her husband Ezra Clark Jr.; her sister Linda Taylor; and her granddaughter Iva Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Sonya Dobbins (Shawn) of Kenton, Jeffrey Clark (Ruthann) of Kenton, Mark Clark (Roseland) of Columbus, Brian Clark of Kenton and James Clark (Lynn) of North Carolina; her brother James Taylor Jr. (Jackie) of Grove City; and her grandchildren, Seth, Ezra, Shelly, Haley, Emily, Trey, Deyana, Olivia, Nicole, Cameron and Miranda. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Diana's honor may be made to Ohio Health Hospice of Marion.
