He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wagner (Hord); his children, Aldon Lowe (Cheryl) of Kenton, OH, Mark Lowe (Karla) of Kenton, OH, Philip Lowe (Darla) of Kenton, OH and Randy Lowe of Findlay, OH; his stepchildren, Tonya Rogers (Gary), Deanna Jones (Ron) and Lee Wagner; his grandchildren, Heather Mewhorter, Chelsea Perkins (Dylon), Wade Trent (Kassandra), Kari Ross (David), Samantha Lowe and Katelyn Lowe; his great grandchildren, Dylon Ross, Devon Ross, Kaeli Ross, Paige Trent, Kyler Trent, Addison Perkins and Joey Mewhorter; and his sisters, Wilma Jean Cline (late Richard) of Sandusky, OH, Doris Libben (late George) of Port Clinton, OH, Brenda Andrews (late Larry) of Wapakoneta, OH and Marilyn Kindle (late Larry) of Ada, OH. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and sixteen step-great grandchildren.
