She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Blum and Martha Bates (Birch); and her siblings, Charlotte Wren, Harold Blum and Gerald Blum.

She is survived by: her children, Geri DeLong (Tim), Gina Smith, Gilbert Baughman (Julie) and Glen Baughman (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Paul DeLong, Danielle Anderson (Matt), Laurie DeLong, Jennifer Stalk (Chris), Chad Baughman (Missy), Justin Smith (Danielle), Lindsey DeLong, Andrew Baughman, Gretchen Shook (Brad) and Shane Baughman (Marie). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Geraldine's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
