He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ledley and Jean Ledley (McIntosh). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dalton (Thomas) of Kenton and Lora McElderry (Wade) of Lima; his stepson Joshua Palmer of Marion; his sister Janie Seiler (Richard) of Mt. Victory; and his grandchildren, Rachel Dalton, Emma McElderry, Sean McElderry and Drayton Palmer.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jim's honor may be made to the Amvets 1994 Honor Guard or the Amvets Riders.
