He was predeceased by: his parents, David Davis and Nelle Davis (Coates); and his siblings, Phil, Dave, Lew, Tom, Bill, Jane, Barb, Margaret and Ruth.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Davis (Stephanie) of Columbus and Julie Burns; and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Ivy Burns, James and Joseph Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Warriors for Dogs, for the Hardin County Dog Shelter.
