He was predeceased by: his father Donald Rager. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Rager (Rush); his children, Machenzie Dillon (Gunner) of Ada and Clay Rager of Forest; his brothers, Bret Rager of Columbus, Todd Rager of Forest and Kent Rager (Jennifer Vansky) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Easton and Elsie Dillon; and his niece Christine Rager (Daniel Powers).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price McElroy Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Kenton, OH 43326). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rager Family Cemetery (16391 Township Rd 74, Forest, OH 45843).
Memorial donations in Joel's honor may be made to the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
