We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2026, at the age of 91, John Peter Murray Sr. of Kenton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Murray and Alice Murray (Hoffman); and his siblings, Patrick, Jim, William, Dorothy, Margrette, Kathleen, Oliver and Phillip Murray.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Crank; his children, Rick Murray (Dee), Lena Evans (Jim), Kathy Murray, John Murray Jr. and Kenny Murray (Lorene); and his siblings, Betty Sherrick, Ruth Ann Barton, Beverly Ulrich and Tim Murray. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in John's honor may be made to AMVETS Post 1994.
