She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Legge and Dorothy Legge (Sipple); her husband Louis Harbor; her siblings, Pam Manns, Mike Legge, Ronnie Legge, Donnie Legge and Bobby Legge; and her grandson Derek Ward.

She is survived by: her children, Tina Ward of Kenton, Jess Harbor (June) of Lewistown, Dean Harbor (Denise) of Forest and Shane Harbor (Tracy) of Fayetteville, N. C.; and her siblings, Kay McMillion (Gary), Barb Ritzler, Jimmy Legge and Lynn Dickerson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Judy's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
