She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Patrick, Sr. and Sherry. She is survived by: her children, Molly Klausing (Kevin) of Delphos, Phillip Nickles of Bellefontaine, Ethan Nickles of Cleveland, Lacey Nickles (Dwayne Hartwell) of Kenton and Wyatt of Kenton; her stepson Ryan Baughman of Carey; and her siblings, Lacy Patrick, Jr. (Becky) and Tracy Kennedy (Dennis). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
