Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clark Shields Funeral Home (301 S Patterson St, Forest, OH 45843). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
