He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lewis and Fern Heilman (Mouser); his wife Dixie Lee Cannode; his children, Brenda Ledley and Lewis Earl Heilman Jr.; his great grandchild Lucian Ledley; and his brother Timothy Heilman.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Crystal Ledley, Nathan Ledley (Mary Beth Albert), Dustin Heilman (Casey) and Chad Heilman (Megan); his sisters, Helene Fay, Peggy Weaver (Clayton) and Deb Kavanagh (Keith); his son-in-law Chuck Ledley; his sister-in-law Donna Heilman; and his nephew James Heilman (Heather). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Lewis's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
