He is survived by: his mother Beth Holtkamp (Butner); his children, Karly, Alexander and William Holtkamp; and his brother Anthony Butner (Lori).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Douds Community Center.
