He was predeceased by: his father Tony Manns Sr.; and his stepfather Robert "Bob" Salsbury. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Salsbury (Ferrell) of Dunkirk; his children, Jessie Lowery (Luke) and Brandon Slack; his grandsons, Jason, Liam and Damian Lowery; his siblings, Crystal Titus (Dennis), Mitchel Manns (Rhonda), Vonda Perkins (Tony), Ronald Manns (Lisa), Tony Manns (Rhonda) and Amanda Fox (Jeremy); and his siblings-in-law, Frank Castle Jr. (Tammy Ervin), Tim Castle (Maria) and Bev Risner (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price McElroy Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Kenton, OH 43326). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Mike's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
