She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Ellis (Jerry Hattery), Rita Perkins (Andy), Jackie Shirk (Brett Rahn), Kelly Shirk (Steve Prater) and Beth Shirk (Rod Hurt); her grandchildren, Ashley Stapley (Andrew), Kylie Perkins (Jaymes Poling), Jaden Perkins, Nathan Thomas, Averie Thomas, Taylor Ridge (Jeremy), Morgan Fissel, Austin Hurt (Kaylee), Shaun Hurt (Chloe Harvey) and Paige Hurt (Sean Chapman); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Rilynn, Everleigh, Ayden, Bentley and Layla; her siblings-in-law, Dave Shirk (Karen) and Susan Shirk; and her friends, Peggy Piper and Mary Roby.
